What is the proper term for a cover of a book to be shiny?

It's not glossy, I know what that is, and its not what I am talking about. A good example would be like the shiny part of a holographic pokemon card, or the front cover of "The Book of Angels" by Ruth Thompson, L.A. Williams, and Renae Taylor. See, I'm working on this book and I know exactly how I want the cover to look, but it would be nice to know what term to use, other than something unintelligent sounding as, "Can you make it shiny?" Ha ha ha. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
