Shall I get a WASR-10, Century Arms AK-47, or AR15 pistol.?

WASR stands for What A Sh*ty Rifle. It is the bottom of the barrel of the AK wannabe's. and you want to scope an Ar-15 pistol? Sounds you should start off with Ruger 10/22 rifle, you will have a lot of fun with that for less than 300..(including the rounds) and while your at the range, shoot the other guys' rifles.. (people love to share their guns) and you get a good idea of what the next gun you'll want ...good luck
