I have a solid nodule on mid right thyroid lobe measuring 4x2x3mm and a complex mass on thyroid?

i also have a nodule noted inferior left lobe measuring 3x4x2 mm.whats my chances of this being cancerous.also neutrophils relative slightly high 75.4
