Battlefield 3 on the console, somewhat dissapointing?

I just saw the game played on the PS3 on a late night show for the first time. I know that PC`s have more memory and slightly better graphics than consoles, but I saw some drastic sights in the gameplay for consoles. First off, the M16 has a holographic sight on it instead of an ACOG. I hope its not me, but the smoke doesn`t look as good and it looks like DICE didn`t even put as many objects in the area as the PC gameplay. I know that the PC is the leading buyer for the game, but I hope DICE just hasn`t made it better for the PC for that one reason. It alsmost seems that they fooled everyone with their Fault Line gameplay when really the people who are getting the console versions aren`t getting the same quality for the game that Dice has been promising.
