My Frostwire doesn't work, I keep getting this freaking message about Ipads or ****. How can I get it to stop?

When I try to find songs, I don't get songs at all, I get this message: limewire... Bla bla bla... Frostwire... Get a free Ipad... bla bla bla... 30 times over. I don't even get anything if I punch in like "Madonna" or something. How can I stop this stupidity and get some new songs??
