Trading some cards and don't want to get cheated?

Im trading some Yugioh cards. Old generation and Gx generation. Dark Magician, Blue Eyes White Dragon, and Summoned Skull all of them Holographic. The Gx stuff is Ancient Gears. He's offering Winged Dragon of Raa, the usable one not the one for show, for the whole lot. I'm offering about 25 cards maybe. Is worth it for Raa? Or should I try and get more out of it? How much is Raa worth alone? How much are about 22 common ancient gears worth along with Dark Magician, Blue Eyes White Dragon, and Summoned Skull, as I said above all 3 are Holo.
