If some kinds of music are described as "gay" or "campy," then what kind of music is heterosexual?

I don't mean "gay" in the derogatory sense that ignorant teenagers use, as in "that's so gay." I mean literally gay, as in musicians with a large homosexual following, such as Madonna, Britney Spears, and Lady Gaga, even if they aren't gay themselves. So if Madonna, Britney, and Gaga make "gay" music, then what kind of music is "straight?"
