Need help finding title of Disney movie?

ok, so as a child i distinctly remember watching a animated disney movie, it was like Treasure Planet but not quite. The "bad guys" of the film were an alien race that looked like holographic blue hexagons, with blank black faces. The movie was animated in the styles of "Treasure Planet", and "Lost City of Atlantis" but it wasn't these movies. please help!
