well there has being a study in england recently and the findings say that 2/3 of people don't believe in god. but we are living in an era were middle class politically correct do-gooders seem to kick up more of a storm then most people (even though the people who should be "insulted" aren't bothered) whenever an issue is raised. and religious people (not all) can't seem to have a reasonably intelligent conversation about their faith and the bible without having a strop and coming out with cliches, and can't seem to accept blatant facts and evidence
