ProConnect wristband?

I bought this wristband that is supposed to improve your bodies strength and balance. When they tested it it on me they tried it without it on and then with it and i noticed a difference.( they tried to tip me over) They did the same thing again but with a different bracelet inside out, i noticed it didn't seem to work and then they flipped it and the holographic inserts had been taken out that are supposed to be how your balance is helped. Am i just going crazy or what.
