I need help finding out how to get special mods in STALKER?

I found a video of someone using Arsenal mod rc1, and in the first part of it, a stalker has an lr300 with a holographic sight. how can i get the holo sight? It isn't in the original arsenal mod. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SxU8-HJUKWY&feature=related
