How much are these cards worth?

Tomorrow, I was thinking about visiting a local card shop, to sell a few cards. The other day, I bought cards from the store. In them I found a Mewtwo Lv. X, but it isn't Holographic, and on the back of the card, it says "Poke'mon World Championships 2009". As well as a Deoxys ex which says "Poke'mon World Championships 2006" Are these cards worth any money?
