Bootleg Ruby, Saphire, Emerald, Fire-Red, Leaf-Green?

I ordered the Pokemon games mentioned in the title, off of ebay... i'm not sure if they are bootleg or not... The cartridges are translucent and colored like they should be, but the Nintendo seal text looks different on each, and it is not holographic. I was just wondering if these are bootlegs or imports?
