1st edition venom value?

I was snooping around the garage and i found a first edition venom comic book in MINT CONDITION. its been in a protector. It just shows venom and red holographic spider webs behind him and it says guest starring spiderman in the corner. Its dated Feb. 1st 1992. is it of any value?
